Lucas Believes in Gatepath! He sees everyday the difference Gatepath makes in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing them jobs in their communities. For a young adult, finding that first job can be tough. Through Gatepath's employment services, Lucas learned the skills necessary to both find and keep his first job.  Working at Century Theatres provides more than a paycheck—it gives him independence, purpose, and a sense of accomplishment.
