Free Child Developmental Screenings

Is your child meeting developmental milestones?

It’s recommended that every child have a developmental screening before the age of 5.

English | Español - All services are available in English and Spanish.

Gatepath’s Watch Me Grow program provides FREE online and in-person developmental screenings to help families of young children to understand their child's unique developmental needs and gives each child the best chance to reach his or her full potential. *For Residents of San Mateo County Only.

The questionnaire only takes 10 - 15 minutes to complete, and will help you to know if your child is reaching key milestones in the following developmental areas:

  • Communication
  • Fine Motor
  • Gross Motor
  • Problem Solving
  • Personal Social
  • Social-Emotional

The results of your screening will be reviewed by a Watch Me Grow developmental specialist.  If your child is between 0-5 years of age and lives in San Mateo County, you will receive the results by email within several weeks. If you have immediate concerns about your child’s development, please contact your child's pediatrician.
