Employment Services

Gatepath places nearly 100 individuals in jobs throughout the county each year and support even more in their employment through our job coaching services. Our success is a result of strong community partnerships with local and national businesses as well as community based organizations. We take great pride in our trainee employment retention rate of 98% in 2009.

Gatepath trainees placed in community employment are enjoying five, ten and even fifteen year tenures with their respective companies. Our pre-vocational services, such as Transition Program for Young Adults, are designed to best prepare trainees for community employment, emphasize on-the-job skills and provide training necessary to manage long-term employment. Our new program Autism Works will solely focus on the rising number of teens with autism graduating from school and seeking employment. We pride ourselves on the accomplishments of our trainees in the community and work hard to ensure their lifelong success.
