Erin Montgomery Director of Human Resources

Erin Montgomery joined Community Gatepah in 2010 and serves as their director of human resources. Her primary responsibilities including recruiting, managing employee records, employee training, benefits management and compliance. Prior to Gatepath, Erin served as HR manager at legal software and data services solution company, IntApp, and the San Francisco photo and social networking company, Simple Star. Erin’s experience also includes accounting positions for several Northern California non-profits. 

Erin graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.A. in History/Women Studies. While in college, she interned with the International League for Peace and Freedom, a non-profit located in Philadelphia.  Erin holds a TESL/TEFL certificate from the College of Notre Dame and taught English abroad in North Africa.
