Barry Parker

Mr. Parker is the managing attorney at Parker Rightside IP Law.  Since 1990, his law practice has focused on intellectual property (IP) rights, advertising and promotions law, computer, technology and internet law, multimedia law, and related business transactions and dispute resolution.  He has broad and comprehensive expertise in domestic and foreign trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets and employer/employee proprietary rights.  He works closely with clients across a broad array of industries toward the custom and pragmatic development, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the U.S. and more than 80 countries around the world.  Mr. Parker is admitted to practice law in the State of California and numerous federal courts.

Mr. Parker received his Juris Doctor law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1990.
He received B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
